Black Sea Dahu is a Swiss indie-folk collective from Zürich, built around singer-songwriter Janine Cathrein and a tight circle of family and friends - including her sister Vera and brother Simon. Originally performing as Josh from 2012, the band renamed itself in 2018 and broke through with the debut album White Creatures, recorded in Norway. Winners of the 2019 Swiss Music Award, they have since toured Europe relentlessly and released the third studio album Everything in February 2026.
