Kevin Morby is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Kansas City who began his career as bassist in the folk-rock band Woods and frontman of The Babies before going solo in 2013. Over eight studio albums - from 'Harlem River' (2013) through 'Singing Saw' (2016) and 'City Music' (2017) to 'Little Wide Open' (2026) - he has built a devoted following with his unhurried, literary take on folk, indie rock and Americana. His 2026 album, produced by Aaron Dessner of The National, has been widely praised as the strongest work of his career.
