Gzuz (born Kristoffer Jonas Klauß, 29 June 1988 in Hamburg) is one of Germany's most commercially successful rappers and a core member of the Hamburg hip-hop collective 187 Strassenbande. Known for his raw, deep-voiced delivery and unfiltered street lyrics, he has placed six solo albums at number one on the German charts - a record in German rap. His stage name is an acronym for "Ghetto-Zeug unzensiert" (ghetto stuff uncensored).
Gzuz's album Scherbenhaus debuted at number one on the German charts (1 August 2025), his sixth solo chart-topper and eighth number one overall including crew releases.
The documentary Licht und Schatten about Gzuz became available on Amazon Prime Video on 1 August 2025.
