The Rumjacks are a Celtic punk band formed in Sydney, Australia in 2008, now scattered across Europe and North America - members live in Belfast, Berlin, Boston and Milan. They blend traditional Irish folk instruments (tin whistle, banjo, mandolin, accordion) with hard-driving punk and ska, and built their reputation on relentlessly energetic live shows. Their 2011 single "An Irish Pub Song" went viral with nearly 100 million YouTube views, and six studio albums later the band remains one of the most active acts in the genre.
