For over 20 years, the Hamburg quartet has been drawing a steadily growing fanbase from around the world - classical enthusiasts and people who would never normally set foot in a concert hall alike. Virtuosity, wit and poetry: with this signature blend, the four musicians pull a sackful of sonic treasures onto the stage for their Christmas programme. Festive melodies from every corner of the world meet sounds ranging from classical to chanson and film music, while works by Bach, Dvořák and Piazzolla are arranged under the richly decorated tree - all lovingly wrapped and delivered with sparkling, almost sacred joy.
