THIMO NIESTEROK QUARTETT\nSWING THAT THRILLS\n\nThimo Niesterok (b. 1996) is one of the most exciting voices on the young German jazz scene. As a trumpeter, he captivates audiences not only through technical brilliance but above all through his passion for swing and mainstream jazz. His warm, nuanced tone and distinctive phrasing make every performance an intense experience - for long-time jazz fans and newcomers alike, especially younger listeners.\n\nAlready during his studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, his concert work took him to distant countries including India and South Korea. As a two-time winner of the Kobe Jazz Street Award, he also travelled to Japan, where he won over international audiences.
