The Robber Hotzenplotz

An adventurous and funny story!

Grandmother receives a coffee grinder as a birthday gift from Kasperl and Seppel. But then the robber Hotzenplotz shows up and steals it.

The clever Kasperl and his loyal friend Seppel set a trap for the robber: they drill a hole in a wooden crate supposedly filled with gold, and the sand inside leads them to the robber's cave. But Hotzenplotz captures them, and Kasperl - whom the robber mistakes for Seppel - is sold to a sorcerer.

There, Kasperl manages to rescue the fairy Amaryllis, who has been turned into a toad, using a magic herb. As thanks, Amaryllis gives Kasperl a special ring whose wish-granting power lets him bring the great adventure to a happy end.
