Rhein-Neckar Jazz-Orchester

The Rhein-Neckar Jazz Orchestra (RNJO) from Weinheim has over 30 years of history and brings together musicians from across the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region. Playing in classic big-band formation, it stands out for its coherent musical concept and broad repertoire - from swing and bebop through funk and Latin music to fusion and contemporary compositions and arrangements. Concerts in the region, throughout Germany, and abroad in jazz clubs and at festivals captivate not only swing and bebop fans but also lovers of Latin and fusion titles. For many years, the RNJO has served as a cultural ambassador of the Rhein-Neckar district during concert tours to the county's partner regions in France, Sweden, and Italy.
