Das Sandkorn is an independent theatre in Karlsruhe that has been staging plays since 1978. It focuses on contemporary spoken theatre, with a repertoire ranging from comedies and dramas to pieces for younger audiences. The intimate house seats around 200 and runs its own ensemble alongside guest productions.
