Culinary Workshop: MEXICAN CUISINE - tamales, salsa and guacamole

Tamales, salsa and guacamole - Mexican fiesta

The workshop takes place on 5 September 2026 at 17:30 and lasts approximately 3 hours. Participation costs from 180 PLN per person.

Under the guidance of a professional chef, participants will learn three key skills: preparing and shaping corn dough for traditional tamales wrapped in corn husks, composing salsa with the right balance of spice, acidity and freshness, and making guacamole - with emphasis on selecting ripe avocados and proper seasoning.

Each participant will independently prepare their own set of Mexican specialities, adjusting the heat level and toppings to their personal taste.
