The first meeting between parents and their daughter's fiancé is a moment brimming with emotion — especially when the evening is disrupted by unforeseen events, work troubles, and the arrival of unwanted guests. How will this evening end, and what will the characters discover about each other?

"The Soaked Son-in-Law" is a contemporary Polish comedy about love — both hasty and mature. The play won an award in the 5th National Competition for Writing a Contemporary Polish Comedy "Komediopisanie" organized by Teatr Powszechny in Łódź. This performance is its world premiere.
