Adrian Belew is an American guitarist, vocalist, and composer, best known as a member of the progressive rock band King Crimson, which he joined in 1981. He is celebrated for his experimental guitar style and unconventional use of effects and sounds. He has also collaborated with artists such as David Bowie, Talking Heads, and Frank Zappa.
