Assemblage 23
Assemblage 23 is a German electronic/industrial rock band. The concert takes place on 20 October 2026 at 19:00.
Assemblage 23 is the solo electronic project of Tom Shear, founded in 1988 after a Depeche Mode concert sparked his interest in industrial dance music. Working entirely on his own - writing, recording and producing - Shear has built one of the most consistent catalogues in EBM and futurepop, releasing ten studio albums on Metropolis Records. Tracks like "Disappoint" and "Binary" became fixtures on alternative club floors across Europe and North America.
Tom Shear posted a belated New Year message noting that Null appeared on numerous 'Best of 2025' lists and thanking fans, DJs and reviewers for their support of the album.
Assemblage 23's tenth studio album, Null, was released on 7 November 2025 via Metropolis Records as a 10-track CD, vinyl LP and digital download.
Assemblage 23 completed a UK and Germany mini-tour in October 2025, their first UK dates in seven years, with Mari Kattman as support act.
A Berlin show at Frannz Club was announced for 24 July 2026, alongside a confirmed slot at Amphi Festival in Cologne on 25-26 July 2026.
The lead single 'Tolerate' was released on 19 September 2025, followed by the second single 'Believe' on 10 October 2025, both previewing the Null album.
