Charlie Sexton (born August 11, 1968, San Antonio, Texas) is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and record producer who grew up in Austin's blues and rock scene. He broke through as a teenager with the 1985 hit "Beat's So Lonely" and went on to become one of the most respected session and touring guitarists in American music, best known for his long-running role as lead guitarist in Bob Dylan's Never Ending Tour band. Beyond Dylan, Sexton co-founded the blues-rock outfit Arc Angels, has produced records for Lucinda Williams, Edie Brickell, and Ryan Bingham, and since 2021 has toured regularly alongside Elvis Costello & The Imposters.
