Savatage + Nevermore + Armored Saint
Three legendary American metal bands - Savatage, Nevermore, and Armored Saint - perform together at Warsaw's Progresja.
Savatage is an American heavy metal band founded in 1979 in Tarpon Springs, Florida, by brothers Jon and Criss Oliva. Over more than two decades and eleven studio albums, they evolved from classic heavy metal into progressive and symphonic territory, producing landmark rock operas such as Streets: A Rock Opera (1991) and Dead Winter Dead (1995). The death of guitarist Criss Oliva in a 1993 car accident cast a long shadow over the band, which went on hiatus in 2002; their musical legacy lives on through the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, which grew directly from the Savatage circle.
Savatage released the previously unreleased live album 'Madness Reigns From The Gutter (1990)' via earMUSIC on June 26, 2026, restored from original master tapes.
Drummer Jeff Plate missed the first two shows of the 2026 'Prelude To Madness' European tour for medical reasons; Blas Elias (Trans-Siberian Orchestra) filled in.

Savatage completed their 'Madness Reigns Europe 2025' headline tour - their first European headline run in over 20 years - playing sold-out venues across Germany, Switzerland, Italy and the UK.
Jon Oliva confirmed plans to begin recording a new Savatage studio album in January 2026, stating the songs are largely written but his health must allow it.
