Shout Out Louds are a Stockholm indie rock band formed in 2001 by childhood friends Adam Olenius (vocals/guitar), Ted Malmros (bass), Carl von Arbin (guitar), Eric Edman (drums) and Bebban Stenborg (keyboards/vocals). Their 2003 debut Howl Howl Gaff Gaff broke them internationally, and the 2007 follow-up Our Ill Wills reached the Swedish Top Ten. Over six albums they have steadily shifted their palette - from jangling guitar pop toward new wave textures - with the most recent record, House, arriving in 2022.
The band played a run of German club and festival dates in May-August 2025, performing Howl Howl Gaff Gaff in full alongside greatest hits.
A Facebook post from May 2025 hinted that the band is working on a seventh studio album.
The band released the Howl Howl Gaff Gaff (Revisited) EP in 2024 to mark the album's anniversary.
Their 2024 German anniversary shows sold out within one to three days, prompting additional 2025 dates.
Shout Out Louds released their sixth studio album, House, on 18 February 2022, produced by Björn Yttling of Peter Björn and John.
