Thy Art Is Murder is an Australian deathcore band from Blacktown, Sydney, formed in 2006. Across six studio albums - from the breakthrough record Hate (2012) through Holy War (2015), Dear Desolation (2017) and the latest Godlike (2023) - they built a reputation as one of the genre's most relentless live acts, touring alongside Parkway Drive, Cannibal Corpse and Slayer. Since late 2023 the band has been fronted by Tyler Miller, formerly of Aversions Crown, who re-recorded the vocals on Godlike after the departure of longtime singer CJ McMahon.
