"Pictures at an Exhibition" - Equi Helios Brass & Juri Tetzlaff - 80th Säckingen Chamber Music Evenings 2026-27
Kursaal Bad Säckingen, Germany
The brass ensemble Equi Helios Brass was founded in 2024 by twelve young musicians. Their repertoire spans works from the Baroque era to contemporary music, as well as arrangements and compositions from their own ranks. The ensemble members received their musical training across Europe. Many of them are engaged in renowned orchestras, including the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne, the SWR and SR Radio Symphony Orchestras, the Berlin Concert Hall Orchestra, the Stuttgart State Opera, and the State Theatres in Augsburg and Regensburg.
Juri Tetzlaff has been part of KiKA's permanent moderator team since its opening in 1997 and has worked in front of and behind the camera for public television ever since. He also moderates concerts for audiences of all ages, presenting the greatest hits of classical music, often enriched with his own fascinating stories, in over 50 different programmes.
