This programme celebrates the rich colours of the Bohemian-Moravian wind tradition. Hornist Cosima Schneider explains: "It all started with wanting to play Dvořák again - I have listened to and loved him since my youth. His Wind Serenade was surely modelled on Rosetti's Parthias. Enescu's Dixtuor balances delicacy with a full, warm sound. And Janáček's Mládí simply crackles with energy."
