Our new Saturday workshop in Bad Bevensen gives you the opportunity to consciously care for yourself and your health from 10:00 to 11:00. Qi Gong is a branch of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). The concept of health cultivation stems from this tradition. It works in a relaxing and balancing way, helping you achieve greater peace, concentration, inner calm and improved mobility. Through stress regulation you can support your immune system and strengthen your body's natural healing powers.
We will practice selected exercises from the 18 movements of Taichi Qi Gong together, alternating between calm and relaxation, flowing movements connecting with breath, and cultivating mindfulness. We practice as a group with joy and without perfectionism! Our stream of thoughts can increasingly settle and quiet.
Depending on the weather, we practice in the Kurhaus or in the spa park. Please bring comfortable clothing, warm non-slip socks or comfortable shoes, and something to drink.
