Following the major summer success of DIE ERDE HAT EINE SCHEIBE, the HERKULESKEULE ensemble returns to the allotment garden with new texts and songs, but in the old tradition: against the grain, without regard for sensitivities from left to right, against thought bans and for peace!

With six left hands, a blunt spade but a sharp tongue, three cabaret artists argue about the question: is it still allowed to plant a tree in this world? Or should they not rather dig a bunker as protection against left-wing fantasies of saving the world and right-wing folk dreams, against speech bans, against the exclusion of everyone who thinks differently than the voluntarily synchronized press. Or is it all just smoke and mirrors in a new struggle over distribution between poor and rich? They dig into the depths of opinion manipulation, stumble upon contradictions and absurdities. What is there still to believe in, what is there still to fight for? Tree or bunker? Future or dig in? HERKULESKEULE provides no answers. Mocking the world, making fun of themselves - in that they are professionals, cabaret artists of a tradition over 60 years old.
