Braunschweig, Germany
The Residenzschloss Braunschweig is a reconstructed ducal palace in the centre of Braunschweig, originally built in the early 19th century as the residence of the Dukes of Brunswick. The historic building was largely destroyed in World War II and rebuilt in the 1990s; today it houses a shopping centre alongside cultural spaces. The grand neoclassical facade and the palace square remain landmarks of the city.

Award-winning documentary by Sigrid Klausmann in which six girls from six countries speak candidly about their fight for self-determination, bodily autonomy, and freedom from prejudice.

A documentary portrait of Siri Hustvedt - from her Minnesota roots to literary prominence in New York, and through the personal crisis of her husband Paul Auster's illness. Director Sabine Lidl frames it all around love, identity and the act of writing.
