The Vitra Schaudepot is an open storage museum on the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein, designed by Herzog & de Meuron and opened in 2016. It houses over 400 pieces from Vitra's furniture collection - chairs, sofas and lamps spanning more than a century of design history - displayed on open shelving so visitors can see the full depth of the archive. Talks, guided tours and temporary exhibitions complement the permanent display.
