Autumn Culinary Workshops 2026

The workshops are led by Filip Malinowski - owner of the Chwast Prast restaurant in Toruń, a chef and expert in edible wild plants. Each session begins with a botanical walk through the open-air museum, where participants learn about the health and culinary properties of the plants being gathered.

The collected herbs then make their way to the kitchen - literally, as dishes are prepared on a historic wood-fired stove.
