Baking eclairs is a process that requires precision, but under the guidance of a specialist, you will discover that you can achieve perfect results in your own kitchen. During the session, you will learn the secrets of working with choux dough and discover how to avoid the most common mistakes.

Over 2–3 hours of intensive practice, you will go through the key stages of creating these exceptional desserts:
Choux Pastry Technique: You will learn how to prepare and properly bake the base, which impresses with its lightness.
The Art of Filling: You will fill your baked goods with cream that we will prepare together from scratch.
Two Flavors on the Menu: You will create eclairs with silky classic cream and a version for lovers of bold flavors – with salted caramel.
Precision in Finishing: You will learn how to decorate eclairs so they look like they came from the finest Parisian pastry shop window.
