A pastry workshop dedicated to jagodzianki (traditional Polish fruit buns) takes place on July 16 (Thursday) at 17:30 in The Kitchen Culinary Studio (2nd floor of Stacji Food Hall) in Gdańsk. Cost: from 160 PLN per person. Places are limited.
Each participant works at their own station and independently goes through all stages of baking. The programme includes: kneading yeast dough and monitoring fermentation, preparing filling from fresh fruit (classic, vanilla, or lemon version), shaping the buns, adding crumble in one of four flavour variants (traditional, vanilla, almond, or spiced with cardamom), and finishing with icing or cream cheese glaze.
You leave with a full box of approximately 6 large jagodzianki in various flavours, along with recipes for home preparation. The workshop concludes with a coffee break.
