Teenage Fanclub are a Scottish indie rock band from Bellshill, near Glasgow, active since 1989. Built around the songwriting trio of Norman Blake, Raymond McGinley and Gerard Love (who left in 2018), they became one of the most admired guitar bands of the 1990s - their 1991 album Bandwagonesque topped Spin magazine's year-end poll ahead of Nirvana's Nevermind. With 12 studio albums to their name, including Nothing Lasts Forever (2023), they remain a benchmark for melodic, harmony-driven guitar pop.
Teenage Fanclub announced a 35-date European autumn 2026 tour covering Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Ireland.
The band released Nothing Lasts Forever, their 12th studio album, on 22 September 2023 via PeMa in Europe and Merge Records in North America.
Nothing Lasts Forever received a Metacritic score of 81/100 and appeared on year-end lists in both Mojo and Uncut.
Endless Arcade, the band's 11th studio album and first without founding bassist Gerard Love, was released on 30 April 2021.
