Xmal Deutschland is a German post-punk and gothic rock band formed in Hamburg in the early 1980s. Known for their dark sound and the distinctive vocals of frontwoman Anja Huwe, they were among the pioneers of the European gothic scene. Their notable albums include Fetisch (1983) and Tocsin (1984).
