Theater Liberi, well known for its imaginative family musicals, brings the famous tale from 1001 Nights to life in a fast-paced, modern production. Highly trained musical theatre performers explore the many sides of these beloved characters in a story about courage, self-determination and friendship. Spectacular lighting, lavish costumes and impressive music and choreography set the scene for the mysterious world of Aladdin, Yasmin and the Genie.

An adventure full of magic

Aladdin lives as a simple street boy until his life is turned upside down: he has barely met Princess Yasmin - who is doing everything she can to protect her people from the evil sorcerer Jafar - when he himself gets caught up in Jafar's scheming. Jafar wants to get rid of the Sultan once and for all and seize power with the help of a legendary lamp. Aladdin is supposed to help him, but the plan goes wrong and he ends up trapped in a cave. Searching for a way out, he discovers the secret of the magic lamp and frees the mighty Genie, who quickly proves to be a true friend. Aladdin's troubles seem solved at a stroke - where there's a Genie, there are three wishes. But magic alone won't be enough to help Yasmin and foil Jafar's dark plans...
