The gospel sensation "The BEST of Black Gospel" from the USA is bringing their "Peace on Earth Tour" to Germany again this year!

"The BEST of Black Gospel" brings together the finest gospel singers from the United States. Their programme features the most beloved and beautiful gospel songs in a two-hour concert with instrumental accompaniment. The choir's repertoire includes such classics as: "Oh Happy Day", "Joshua fit the Battle", "Down by the Riverside", "Walk in Jerusalem", "Amazing Grace", "Go Down Moses", "Oh How I Love Jesus", "Agnus Dei", "This Little Light Of Mine".

The choir members come from the rich musical heritage of the African-American gospel scene. Each singer in "The BEST of Black Gospel" has absorbed traditional gospel songs since childhood in "African-American churches" and made them their own. They later refined their naturally gifted talents at various universities and music academies.

The singers have performed worldwide as soloists with choirs such as the Harlem Gospel Singers, Golden Gospel Singers, and Glory Gospel Singers. Several members of "The BEST of Black Gospel" have collaborated with internationally renowned artists like Diana Ross, Lionel Richie, and Stevie Wonder, touring with them or contributing to their albums. Other choir members have used their exceptional talent to perform leading roles in musicals such as "Sister Act" and the gospel musical "Amazing Grace".
