Bao & Asian Street Food vol.2 | Cooking Workshop

A cooking workshop dedicated to Asian street food - this time focusing on fluffy steamed bao buns. The workshop takes place on August 5 (Wednesday) at 17:30 in The Kitchen Culinary Studio (2nd floor of Stacja Food Hall). Cost: from 200 PLN / person (+ Going service fee).

Each participant works at their own station and independently goes through each stage: kneading dough, shaping buns, frying crispy chicken or tofu, and composing sauces. At the end, everyone assembles their finished bao from pre-prepared ingredients.

Some tasks are done together - participants prepare quick pickles, chili crunch, and learn about fermentation theory and working with yeast dough. The workshop concludes with a shared meal at the table. Everyone leaves with 4-6 bao buns with their chosen filling, 2 types of sauces, and a complete set of accompaniments.

The number of workstations is strictly limited.
