Dumplings with plums, Silesian dumplings and lazy dumplings | cooking workshop

Flour-based classics of Polish cuisine - dumplings with plums, Silesian dumplings and lazy dumplings - are the focus of this workshop at The Kitchen | Stacja Food Hall. Each participant will independently prepare all three dishes in portions adapted to the workshop format.

In the practical session, participants will prepare traditional dumplings with plums, Silesian dumplings and lazy dumplings. The workshop also covers theory: selecting flour and potato varieties, common mistakes in dough-based dishes and how to avoid them, cooking and storage techniques, and ideas for modern presentations of these classic dishes.
