SILVER GENERATION: SENIOR IN SHAPE – PILATES TO MUSIC

In 2026, pilates-to-music classes from the "Silver Generation" series continue, aimed at people aged 60+. Classes are led by Magdalena Gusko-Nowacka, a certified pilates instructor with experience working with older adults. The programme combines gentle full-body strengthening exercises with relaxing music that supports conscious breathing.
Class schedule:
Thursdays, 10:00 – May: 7, 14, 21
Tuesday, 10:30 – May: 26
June: 11, 18, 25
Detailed schedule for the following months will be announced before the start of February; classes take place on a regular basis – every Thursday.
Ticket: 10 PLN / class. Tickets available at the DK Oskard box office, online, and before classes.
