Yoga at Height

Yoga with a twist - instead of a studio, an art gallery; instead of rushing, an hour for yourself.

Classes are led by Elżbieta Szczesiak, an instructor with 11 years of experience teaching Hatha Yoga using the Iyengar method. The programme includes breathing exercises (releasing the diaphragm, deepening breath), work on mobility and strength, and exercises aimed at relieving spinal tension - all adapted to each participant's abilities. No unnecessary philosophy, with an emphasis on safe and effective movement. All you need is comfortable clothing.

Dates: 29 September, 20 October, 17 November, 8 December. Start: 18:30, duration: 60 minutes. Price: 50 PLN per person per class. Limited spaces available.
