Chocolate Workshops | POZNAŃ
Muzeum Czekolady Warsztatownia Poznań, Poland
A visit to the Chocolate Museum Workshop is a journey through the history of cocoa and chocolate – from African cocoa plantations to the finished bar. Guests view graphic scenes illustrating this process, learn about historical packaging and chocolate-related objects, and can watch the entire production process on screen (a short film in the museum cinema). The programme also includes cocoa bean tasting and a praline-making presentation with unlimited tasting.
The workshops last approximately 50 minutes in total, including the museum section. Each participant receives a pastry chef's outfit and then independently creates and packages one of two products to take home:
• Chocolate bar – a two-stage preparation of a bar featuring Poznań goats: first, setting the chocolate in goat moulds, then pouring the entire bar and decorating it with favourite toppings.
• Chocolate tools – preparation of chocolate tools dusted with cocoa.
