Finale of artistic residency / scenic sketches

The second edition of the od_nowa project, in which emerging artists at the beginning of their creative journey engage with Polish literary classics. The residencies of creative groups culminate in presentations of scenic sketches featuring actresses and actors from the Nowy Theatre ensemble and students from the acting department.

Audiences will see three scenic sketches (approximately 20 minutes each) that stage fragments from Stanisław Wyspiański's "Bolesław the Bold" and "The Return of Odysseus". The group whose sketch receives the most votes—cast by jury members and audience members—will be invited to develop a full-scale premiere in November 2026.
