This time, our culinary space will be taken over by an outstanding craftsman and visionary of Pomeranian gastronomy – Dominik Karpik, Head Chef of the prestigious Mercato restaurant (recognized in the MICHELIN guide and awarded two stars by Gault & Millau 2026) and the fine dining concept MDWA Sztuka i kulinaria.

Dominik has been building his professional career since 2005, gaining experience alongside masters recognized with MICHELIN stars. Although respect for his family's Kashubian cuisine remains close to his heart, in his work he boldly combines local treasures with products from around the world. He is renowned for his precision, passion for cooking with fire, and creating tasting menus that are stories rooted in emotion and taste memory. Winner of Dorszowych Żniw, the Festival of Manor Cuisine, and recipient of the Culinary Hermes 2026, he will take you on a journey where technique meets pure passion.
