New York Rolls & Viral Bakery Trends | Pastry Workshop

On July 30 at 5:30 PM, The Kitchen studio (2nd floor of Stacji Food Hall) hosts a pastry workshop dedicated to New York Rolls, also known as Supreme Croissants - buttery, crispy discs of laminated dough that have gone viral on social media worldwide. Workshop fee: from 200 PLN per person. Places are strictly limited.
The workshop is technical in nature - each participant works at their own station. In the individual section, participants go through all stages: laminating dough (alternating layers of yeast dough and butter), rolling, shaping rolls into round "spirals" for baking, preparing two types of creams, piping with a pastry bag, and decorating with glazes and toppings.
During the group session, the instructor covers the baking process, temperature control, monitoring roll rise, laminated dough techniques, and viral bakery trends from around the world. Crispy toppings, including caramelized nuts, are prepared together.
Each participant leaves with a box containing 4-6 homemade, generously filled New York Rolls, two types of signature creams with flavor modification tips, and knowledge of working with laminated dough.
