Front Line Assembly
Canadian electronic project Front Line Assembly performs at Moritzbastei. Legendary industrial and electronic music act live.
Front Line Assembly (FLA) is a Canadian electro-industrial band founded in Vancouver in 1986 by Austrian-born Bill Leeb, who had previously performed with Skinny Puppy under the alias Wilhelm Schroeder. Together with long-time collaborator Rhys Fulber, Leeb built one of the genre's most enduring catalogs - 17 studio albums that trace a path from raw EBM through industrial metal and back to hard electronics. Albums like Tactical Neural Implant (1992) and Millennium (1994) defined the sound of a generation, and the band has continued releasing and touring well into the 2020s.
Front Line Assembly released Mechviruses, a remix album on Artoffact Records featuring collaborations with ULTRA SUNN, Ayria, Bootblacks, Seeming and others.
The band completed their 'Return to the UK' tour in April 2025, playing Sheffield, Birmingham, London, Southampton, Manchester and Glasgow.
Front Line Assembly performed on a North American run alongside Lead Into Gold and Clock DVA in September 2025.
FLA played Hamburg in May 2026 with support from I Ya Toyah and Tension Control.
Front Line Assembly are scheduled to appear at Brutal Assault 2026 in Jaroměř (Czech Republic) and M'era Luna 2026 in Hildesheim (Germany) in August 2026.
