Hillu's Herzdropfa - Ächde Älbler

Our Schwobaländle is not one of the federal states drawn up by politicians - it is a "cultural space", a region where people share a common culture. That includes Swabian thriftiness:
*Lick the salt off the pretzel so the guest doesn't get thirsty!

And of course Spätzle:
"Cheese Spätzle, cabbage Spätzle, lentils with Spätzle, potato Spätzle, Spätzle with graaaaavy....."

Maultaschen are a must on every Swabian menu:

And a glass of Most (apple cider) to go with it:
