The Alte Oper Frankfurt is a historic concert and event hall located on Opernplatz in the heart of Frankfurt. Originally opened in 1880 as an opera house, it was largely destroyed in World War II and meticulously reconstructed, reopening in 1981. Today it hosts classical concerts, jazz, pop, and corporate events in its grand main hall and smaller auditoriums.
