The gospel sensation "The BEST of Black Gospel" from the USA is bringing their "Peace on Earth" tour to Germany again this year!

The BEST of Black Gospel brings together a selection of the finest gospel singers from the United States. Their programme offers the most well-known and beautiful gospel songs in a two-hour show with instrumental accompaniment. The choir's repertoire includes celebrated titles such as "Oh Happy Day", "Joshua fit the Battle", "Down by the Riverside", "Walk in Jerusalem", "Amazing Grace", "Go Down Moses", "Oh How I Love Jesus", "Agnus Dei", and "This Little Light Of Mine".

The choir members come from the diverse landscape of the African-American gospel scene. Each singer has absorbed these traditional gospel songs since childhood in "African-American churches" and made them their own. They later refined their musical talents at various universities and music academies.

They have performed worldwide as soloists with renowned gospel choirs such as the Harlem, Golden, and Glory Gospel Singers. Some members of The BEST of Black Gospel have collaborated with internationally successful artists like Diana Ross, Lionel Richie, and Stevie Wonder, toured with them, or contributed to their albums. Other members have taken leading roles in musicals such as "Sister Act" and the gospel musical "Amazing Grace" thanks to their exceptional talent. Since 1999, the choir has embarked on two-month European tours, becoming the most sought-after gospel choir in Germany and Europe.
